How Running Tech Works?

A high-performance running shoe works as a system, not as a single feature. The upper secures the foot and manages airflow, the insole shapes first-step comfort, the midsole absorbs impact and returns energy, the plate adds propulsion and torsional control, and the outsole converts all of it into grip, durability, and confidence on the ground.
