RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • What is Xtep’s return policy?
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. Please visit our Return Policy for full details.

  • How can I initiate a return?
    Submit a request via our Return Portal. Enter your order details and follow the steps to schedule a reverse pickup.

  • When will I get my refund?
    Once the returned item passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

  • Can I exchange a product?
    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Are there any products that cannot be returned?
    Yes, products marked as clearance or final sale cannot be returned. Please check the product page before ordering.

  • Can I return an item if I lost the original packaging?
    Unfortunately, returns must include the original packaging, labels, and tags to qualify for a refund.

  • Who pays for the return shipping charges?
    Xtep covers the cost of reverse pickup for eligible returns.

  • Can I return multiple items from the same order separately?
    Yes, but please ensure you submit separate return requests for each product through our Return Portal.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How long does delivery take?
    We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • What are the shipping charges?
    Shipping is free for all orders above ₹2,000. For orders below that amount, a nominal fee is applied at checkout.

  • How do I track my order?
    Use our Tracking Page and enter your order ID to view real-time delivery updates.

  • Do you deliver to all locations in India?
    Yes, we ship across most PIN codes in India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    Address changes can be requested before dispatch by contacting our customer support immediately.

  • What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
    Contact customer support immediately through our Contact Page or email customercare@xtepindia.com, including photos of the damaged package and product.

  • Can I specify a preferred delivery time?
    Currently, we do not offer specific delivery time slots. However, you can coordinate with the delivery partner directly.

  • Will my order arrive in one shipment?
    We aim to ship all items in one package; however, multiple items may sometimes ship separately depending on stock availability.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    Orders can only be canceled or modified before dispatch. Please reach out via our Contact Page as soon as possible.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select wallets. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

  • I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

  • What should I do if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?

  • Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
    Currently, only one payment method per order is supported.

  • Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available in my area?
    COD availability depends on your location. This option will appear during checkout if eligible.
